Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with a required signature, an additional fee will apply — please contact us before choosing this option. Regardless of the shipping method you select, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed independently, and therefore shipping costs will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile items.
